Head of US HR Operations - (Lafayette, CO)

This role, based at our Lafayette, CO site reports to the Global Head of Reward & HR Operations in the UK and offers an exciting opportunity for a proven HR professional to join a Global HR team and work together with its members to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR advice and services. This is a results focussed role which will suit someone who enjoys working at pace and has an eye for detail and a passion for delivering a quality service to internal customers. Responsibilities and Duties Accountable for development of US HR policies, processes and procedures ensuring compliance with US Federal and State legislation Accountable for recruitment of US employees Provides guidance to line managers on employee relations and people issues in line with Horizon's policies Partners with line managers to proactively support performance improvement ensuring an informal, developmental approach where possible
