Java Developer - Senior - (Richardson, TX)

Position details As a Java Developer - Senior at CVS Health you will be a vital contributor in designing and developing enhancements to our formulary system. This role will also involve taking ownership of complex and crucial projects by guiding teams of IT employees and contractors towards successful implementation as a Project Owner. The main responsibilities of the position include: - Acting as a subject matter expert and providing technical advisement regarding the messaging communication system - Critical thinking, issue solving, decision making and analytical abilities - 3+ years of background in leading large scale application development - Program Managerial experience (e.g. Determining phases, monitoring progress) - Reviewing requirements, design, development and testing documentation - Leading the design and development of solutions to multiple complex technical projects/initiatives - Strong leadership, organizational, communication and planning skills
