Position description Chartis has an immediate need for a TS/SCI Telecommunications Specialist to support a FEMA in Mount Weather, VA In this role, the Telecommunications Specialist will work on a team of details and telecommunications systems engineers in telecommunications systems development, testing, deployment, and operations, while meeting DHS EA architecture compliance qualifications for software systems, command and control, HF and SATCOM telecommunications engineering support: architecture, scope design, systems development and engineering life cycle, configuration management, concept development, implementation, integration and testing, operations and maintenance (i.e. troubleshooting to board: or component:level repair, and repair of electronic :based equipment) NCSD 3:10 or NCS 16:1 continuity communications capabilities support, public alert and warning systems, primary entry points. Qualifications: :Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
