Position overview The growing Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking an Illinois bar and USPTO admitted associate with 2:4 yrs of patent litigation and counseling background, including performing intellectual property due diligence, negotiating and drafting agreements regarding patent licenses and applications, and conducting freedom to operate analyses and opinion work. An undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of the patent litigation practice at a collegial, growing office.
