Legal Counsel - (Los Angeles, CA)

Position details We are recruiting for an experienced Counsel to join our Legal team, a group of highly experienced lawyers with deep securities and investment advisory background. This is an opportunity to join a prestigious legal department at 1 of the largest asset managers in the world. Capital Group is an evolving business in a highly regulated environment; this team is involved in guiding decisions that will make a major impact on the business. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting this effort. The Legal team is comprised of 30 attorneys, with 24 in the US. It is a highly collaborative group, and the applicant will collaborate together with a variety of senior attorneys across the team as well as associates from various business areas. The applicant will support legal and compliance efforts through research, writing, project management and related tasks.
