Shipping Clerk - (Pico Rivera, CA)

This position will help coordinate and keep record of incoming and outgoing shipment activities, as well as preparing items for shipment that meet all vendor standards. Expertise to assist in administrative duties, invoice and mange scheduled shipments. Must be able to work in a team environment, reliable, be a self-starter, multi-task, prioritize, and communicate well. Essential Job Functions Monitor open orders and summit for routing by start and before cancel dates through retailers routing portal if required. Follow up on orders release to warehouse ensuring they are ready for pick up and help resolve any issues that may arise. Schedule pick up appointment with different LTL, FTL or small parcel carriers. Create BOL's, SLI's or commercial invoices as appropriate. Communicate to our Customer Service team and making sure all needs are met and updating them with status of the orders. Daily printing of necessary shipment labels.
