Bustos Real Estate (KW) is looking for emerging or proven talent to fine tune its operational infrastructure. This person must be an Integrator- “Rocket Fuel” and an Empire Builder. On a scale from 1-10, the DOO must be nine or better. In 2018, our production volume was over 147M with over 500 homes sold. Our 5-year goal is over 600M in production with over 2000 homes sold. The DOO oversees everything administrative and growth related with the company. The DOO is the liaison between CEO and everyone administratively involved with the company. The DOO collaborates with the Director of Sales company goals are being achieved and insures all support related systems are in place and max efficiencies are being kept.
