PRODUCTION MANAGER Taconic, a highly successful global manufacturing company is seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual to work as a Production Manager in our Coating Department. Directs and coordinates activities within the Building #6 Oven Room. Keeps current with product knowledge and operating procedures. Responsible for training and overall supervision of department. Position available on first shift. BS degree in engineering or equivalent background and a min of 5 yrs of supervisory background. Good technical skills with knowledge of the Microsoft office and proficiency in Excel or Minitab. Previous web handling or coating skills preferred. Outstanding communication expertise, both verbally and in writing. Good decision making skills with the expertise to work well with others and prioritize based on changing working conditions.
