Marketing and Communication Associate Internship - (Indianapolis, IN)

Description Gain background while working alongside the Marketing and Communication team at the Racing Capital of the World. This position will assist in executing marketing initiatives, including copy-writing, timeline tracking, reporting and analytics for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and its iconic events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support departmental marketing initiatives through execution of various marketing projects Assist in tracking timelines of all marketing initiatives Coordinate entry of projects into project management software (Wrike) Assist with copy-writing and proofreading as needed for marketing materials, print and digital Coordinate the distribution and delivery of print and digital marketing materials Execute miscellaneous projects for the marketing, creative and PR departments Attend meetings pertaining to individual projects or brainstorming Helps with event marketing activities during race weekendsQUALIFICATIONS:
