Job summary We have an opportunity for a Training Event Coordinator to join our talented Professional Services team supporting a Department of Defense customer. The successful applicant will report to the Training Project Lead and provide planning, synchronization, and coordination services for live or virtual events, meetings, conferences, and related activities including managing logistical and administrative preparations and would be responsible for providing administrative support to various programs, and overseeing events. Typical assignments include: Collaborate with Government Project Leaders and in liaising with stakeholders to ensure all needs are met, identifying and ensuring all qualifications are satisfied Assist Government Project Leaders during Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings to ensure proper planning and assets are available for each event Organize memorable events that meet quality expectations by organizing facilities and managing all event information
