Full Time Vet Tech Wanted- Rehab Certification a Plus! - (Webster, NY)

hera-Vet Acres is looking for an additional Veterinary Technician to join our busy and growing veterinary rehabilitation practice. Techs carry out the therapy care plan from our doctors using a variety of of modalities such as underwater treadmill, therapeutic ultrasound, LASER Class IV and 3b, shockwave, and HAKO Med whirlpool, as well as various stretches and exercises. The therapy LVT shall be responsible to ensure the proper implementation of the Veterinarian's therapy plans, and to provide timely and thorough feedback of patient's response to therapy to the Veterinarian and to also provide similar details to the clients/patients. Hours: Position is a part to full-time position and the typical work week is Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays. Evening and weekend hours are required based upon the need of the practice and TVA veterinarian's schedule. Key functions Comfortable working around and with all types of animals including, but not limited to, dogs and cats.
