Position details The Real Estate Property Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. The Property Managers main duty is to bring additional value to the property of the owner by maintaining it properly. The Property Manager is also responsible for the various business dealings related to the property, with regards to its sale, renting, and lease to satisfy the needs of both, the owners as well as the tenants/buyers. The job mandates excellent written and oral communication abilities with an attention to detail and good follow through to insure the completion of all tasks. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community. - Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (min 98) - Develop and implement a marketing plan for the community. - Strong customer focus and the desire to provide a high-level of service. - Review rental applications for approval.
