Position details HH Staffing has partnered with an apartment community in the Clearwater area to identify a full:time Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, with a concentration on leasing, marketing, and resident retention. The Leasing Professional strives for 100 occupancy through retention of existing residents and leasing of additional or future rentals. Ongoing job opportunities. Primary duties: :Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow:up. :Walk community to ensure models, show units, and all tour routes are clean and fresh for showing to new prospects for the day.
