Arlington/East Ft. Worth ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Temporary (2 : three months) SCHEDULE: Monday : Friday; 8:00 AM : 5:00 PM PAY: 35/hr. Responsibilities: :Hire and manage third party property managers, contractors and other vendors :Analyze lease vs sale options and obtain manager approval when required per policies and procedures :Obtain and evaluate rent recommendations, leases, title reports and other items needed for transactions :Coordinate efforts with attorneys for timely evictions when required
