Position description This large management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for an immediate full:time opportunity. You will work from nine a.m. to six p.m., Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates must have previous management experience in managing a hotel, must have marketing and leasing knowledge, must be familiar with Compliance, Section 8, and HUD Qualifications, must have background resolving tenant issues, must have excellent customer service and communication expertise, and must have knowledge of applicable laws and fair housing act.
