Overview Reports to: PROPERTY MANAGER Pay Range - $16.00/hr ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: SUMMARY: Employee will perform a broad range of services tasks including non-technical maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/or a/c and equipment, at a level not requiring formal licensure. Employee will be required to perform tasks of other unlicensed trades, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Irrigates, mows, rakes, and trims lawns. 2. Picks up and disposes of litter. 3. Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls using clippers and edging tools. 4. Performs weeding activities. 5. Lays sod. 6. Assists with small construction tasks such as excavating and handling and/or transportation of equipment and materials. 7.
