Position details Job Summary: :Interacts directly with prospective residents and current residents to achieve max occupancy. General Accountabilities: :Provides details about apartments and community to prospective residents and schedules visits to community. :Leases apartments at acceptable determined percent of total prospects. :Meets and greets prospective residents. :Effectively explains lease and community policies to new and current residents. :Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regard to promotions and advertisements. :Maintains accurate, in:depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, including rent and pricing details, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expirations and square footage. :Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards. :Monitors all vacancies and future vacancies in order to react proactively to future occupancy needs. :Gathers info about markets and competition, and prepares monthly competitive survey reports.
