Leasing Consultant - (Hazelwood, MO)

Position description Hours Range: 3pm : 7pm and/or 4pm : 8pm Saturday for 4:5 hours to help with traffic during busy times Responsibilities Greet prospects and residents and provide exceptional customer service. Work with Property Manager and Director of Marketing on utilizing marketing strategies to generate traffic (competitive rental rates, promotions, locators, etc.). Tour featured apartments and manage all prospects via phone, email and in:person. Maintain a net closing ratio of 50 of higher. Process applications for approvals (i.e., credit check, rental history, etc.), type leases and schedule lease signings. Secure new residents signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move:in. Orient new resident(s) to community (turns over keys, reviews community rules, regulations and procedures, point out mail boxes and review amenities, etc.). Maintain professionalism when approached with resident complaints, concerns and requests.
