Job details Temporary to Hire opportunity with an Apartment Complex to interact with prospective/current residents to achieve max customer services, occupancy and NOI. Acts as representative to convey benefits of the community. Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to actual occupancy of the resident and maintains communication throughout the tenancy of the resident. DUTIES: Provide info about the apartments and community to the prospective resident and schedule visits to the community. Responsible for leasing apartments at an acceptable determined percent of total prospects. Greet visitors and determine if the community meets the clients needs. Pre:qualify prospects to meet our Resident Selection Criteria. Give tours of the models and/or market ready apartments to new and current residents. Effectively explain all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
