Position overview Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., an industry leading property management company based in the Midwest, is looking for experienced Property Managers for our property located in Grosse Ile, MI. Preference will be given to those who have background in Low income housing tax credit and market rate housing. This is a part:time position with an attractive starting salary. Assignments include: :Processing applications and income certifications :Supervising maintenance and other staff members at the property :Providing management with weekly and monthly financial support :Marketing property and increasing traffic :Ensuring that the propertys curb appeal is impeccable :Providing excellent customer service :Background with Tax Credit and Market Rate properties :Construction rehab background a plus :Background working with seniors and coordinating senior activities preferred.
