We believe community is the key to a healthy and successful collective future, and we are changing the world from our own backyard Role Purpose: This position reports to the Director of Property Operations and has the responsibility of managing a portfolio of multi:family properties, achieving strong fiscal performance, solid regulatory compliance and strong teamwork. Key areas of responsibility are: Fiscal Management, Compliance, Facilities Management, Risk Management, Tenant Management, Employee Management, Community Outreach, as well as Internal and External Partnering. Your day to day: - Ensure strict adherence to compliance qualifications for all properties in the portfolio; establish monitoring and tracking plans accordingly
