Position: IT Helpdesk/Hardware Inventory Specialist Location: Columbia, SC Duration: six months Job function: Customer communication for all new and gently used end user technologies (PC/Peripherals) requested by customers to support all lines of business to ensure accurate quality deployment Applicant technical background: Work in a customer service environment or in a technical call center/help desk. Background gathering technical qualifications and scheduling work with customers. (Min of one year background) Background with customer communications, must have good listening skills and to be able to document qualifications or log issue accurately (Required, 1 yr) Outstanding communication abilities both written and verbal. Role will require direct communication with customer and telephone. Knowledge of end user computing products such as PCs, Peripherals, network printers, Various software products such as Microsoft office, Adobe, Terminal Emulation, document management, software skills Win7/Win10 OS.
