Inventory Specialist - (Anaheim, CA)

We are currently seeking for an Inventory Specialist. If interested, please apply! Position details: Hands on field capturing of part numbers, daily interaction with vendors to include requesting quotes and obtaining manufacturing part numbers and descriptions from the OEM's, receiving of daily shipments and the daily delivery of parts to various storerooms. This position supports the maintenance organization (not a shipping department). Inventory person goes into the field and identifies the parts and then communicates with the vendors to get procurement details back and passed along to our SAP team. No forklift will be used. Position responsibilities: * Inventory, Warehouse, and Procurement background is required. * The specialist will need to have background with advanced Microsoft excel, basic Microsoft word, and Outlook. * Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components is required. * Background with SAP and or Maximo is a plus.
