Research Assistant - (Waltham, MA)

OCB is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Full time Ophthalmic Research Assistant to support our Ophthalmology practice in our Boston and Waltham offices. The responsibility of a Research Assistant is to gather pertinent medical details, performs protocol specific visual assessments, ophthalmic workups and diagnostic testing. Responsible for administrative support and data entry of multiple research studies; supports clinical research staff; performs other research-related duties as needed. Education and Background: Applicant must consistently display the expertise to work professionally and effectively with patients, as well as clinical and administrative staff. This position necessitates strong interpersonal and communication expertise, excellent organization, planning and prioritizing capabilities, and the expertise to exercise initiative and take responsibility. Work requires continuous attention to detail in all responsibilities. Bachelor's of Science degree preferred.
