Position: User Researcher (mid-level) - San Francisco Location: San Francisco Starts: Ready to interview! Duration: 40 hours/week, 6+ months Status: Freelance Rate: $45 - 50 per hour DOE Our well-known insurance client is looking for a User Researcher to join their team onsite in downtown SF, 40 hour a week on a ongoing basis with potential for full time! Responsibilities of the User Researcher include working across desktop and mobile on: -All phases of design and development including: discovery, field research and usability testing -Creating research proposals and plans for usability testing, ethnography/field research, concept testing, surveys, diary studies, task analysis and benchmarking studies -Identifying and prioritizing actionable results based on research -Working cross-functionally to resolve user issues -Finding creative and compelling ways to present insights -Exploring new research opportunities before they make it to the drawing board
