Research Associate 1 - (Philadelphia, PA)

The Department of Surgery is currently seeking a Research Associate 1. The incumbent in this position will maintain an overview of relevant research findings. Collect and analyze data as requested. Maintain appropriate databases. Ensure accurate written and computerized records. Effectively communicate and present results. Prepare reports of research results for public presentation through seminars and conferences. Undertakes literature searches for the research project. Interprets and present the findings of the literature searches, advising the research teams appropriately regarding potential projects. Maintain up to date knowledge of subject, experimental, and professional related issues. Ensure all research is undertaken according to good research practice and guidance. The min requirements for this position are as follows: Bachelor's degree is required. Background in handling mice is preferred.
