Horizon has a rewarding and exciting opportunity for an entry-level Associate Scientist in our Synthetic Manufacturing lab. The role will primarily be responsible for completing tasks associated with final packaging of customer samples, libraries, and tubes, but will serve as backup in other areas of the lab. Required responsibilities Accurately and efficiently complete final packaging of customer samples, libraries and tubes. Operate liquid handling robots to aliquot oligonucleotides in tubes and plates per the customer's specifications Conduct quality control testing of all oligonucleotides UV-VIS spectroscopy. Manage the creations of new genome libraries for all product lines.
