(New York, NY) seeks a Quality Assurance Director to develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes and oversee software quality consistency across product development teams. Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures; Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers; Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, on-line screen, or content; Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability; Test rapidly developed software (back-end, front-end and mobile) across different platforms and operating systems; Develop regression and feature test cases and as automated test scripts using automation tools; Responsible for management of projects and associated issues, including tracking project quality status;
