The primary purpose of this position is to serve as 1st level supervisor responsible for providing compliance oversight, customer feedback in the Air Accessories and Avionics Production Squadron to achieve technical compliance in their products and services. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs Plans workload to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/longterm priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work Represents the organization in meetings with key customers and coordinating officials, explains organization policy and procedures, and resolve significant problems that arise
