Insurance Coordinator - (Billings, MT)

Fulfill routine and frequently non-routine transactions, internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/ requests, and/or audit/ reconciliation activities, and solve more complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards Role Summary : * Responsible for performing Insurance follow-ups and obtaining renewal COIs on complex lease and loan assets. * Ensure assets have valid and current COI. * Responsible for participation and completion of analysis of details and processes. * Create and administer reporting for the process. * You will also represent the Billings site on projects Responsibilities : Collaborate with management in accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational performance data. Partner with teammates in process improvement for department initiatives. Coordinate and participate with the analysis necessary for the functional operations reviews.
