Area Manager - (Pontiac, MI)

The Service and Parts Area Manager position is a revenue-generating sales position, working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT and FCA US dealerships within FCAs Business Center. The Area Manager is responsible for business process development and growth in dealerships Parts and Service departments, to increase revenue and achieve established targets in his/her district. This role will serve as a liaison between the dealers and FCA to interact in all areas of retail service and parts development including parts and accessory marketing and retail displays, service marketing to drive traffic, and customer handling to improve the dealers customer retention. The Area Manager will review parts inventory and proper stocking levels and provide consultation on improvement opportunities. Review and analyze dealer financial info and consult with dealers to improve their Service and Parts business operations.
