Description Life Time, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to handle strategic technology programs and projects. This position will oversee multiple project teams and activities. This is a leadership role with functional background in Program and Project Management, with a work experience of: leading and driving cross functional teams, developing program / project strategy, and communicating to all levels of an organization including Executive Leadership. The individual will be responsible for managing program/project scope, timelines, budget, and ensuring effective delivery of technical solutions. They lead and motivate diverse project teams, making timely decisions to ensure project success within set parameters. They ensure expectations are clearly communicated across all stakeholders.
