DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive claims assignments consisting of insured and claimant accident reports * Investigate multiple lines claims pertaining to material damage 1st-party and property damage * Communicate directly with insureds, claim ants, shops and others in person, by telephone and through written correspondence.
