Summary InterDigital is seeking a Director of Talent Managementwho will be responsible for design, implementation, and administration oftalent management processes. Reporting to the CHRO, this individual will beresponsible for managing company-wide efforts to ensure that talent managementprograms/processes are developed pragmatically, managed using a data-drivenfocus and are aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives.
