Job overview NAVAR is seeking an experienced Program Manager. The Program Manager will Provides leadership and oversight to the management and consulting division of NAVAR. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating overall program for projects including media, marketing, graphics, web sitedesign, video production and other communication activities, outreach, market research, and analysis. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office; current expertise of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage Outstanding leadership and management skills Outstanding communication abilities Excellent problem-solving expertise Strong adherence to contract compliance Expertise to work with project schedules and customer requests Working with supervisor to meet all goals and deliverables as required in Government
