Sales & Service Technician - (Hinsdale, IL)

Praxair Distribution, Inc., a subsidiary of Praxair, Inc., a Fortune 300 company that supplies atmospheric, process, specialty gases, high-performance coatings, and related services & technologies is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to join our team in Burr Ridge, IL. The most important responsibility of the Sales & Service Technician is to work within framework of National Automation Service Network on the phone, on-line, and at customer sites to repair, maintain, and enhance cutting machine and robotic welding operations. The Sales & Service Technician partners with customer end user locations conducting repairs and maintenance. Sales & Service Technicians evaluate efficiencies of customers current equipment and offer recommendations for improvements, including expansion capabilities. This Sales & Service Technician supports primarily the Midwestern geographic region with travel as required to other regions in the United States when another regional resource is unavailable.
