Title: Service Technician Business Unit: Liquid Controls (US) Location: 105 Albrecht Drive Lake Bluff, Illinois, 60044-2242 United States Function: Sales Description: Developmental opportunity for a high-energy, customer-focused technical service support professional to join Liquid Controls and learn about our world class products and processes, potentially leading to expanded roles within the organization. Provide technical support, service and training to customers related to the various products and applications in the markets LC serves. Engaged in the daily activities of Commercial Operations, Technical Service, Field Support & Training, Applications, Customer Complaint Management, and trade show Support. Responsible for achieving departmental KPI goals, while learning technical product and application info in order to be a Level one troubleshooting and applications resource. Develop relationships with and cater to the needs of our key customers.
