Manager, Replenishment (Grocery) - (Chicago, IL)

Direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Replenishment Buyers to achieve PO accuracy, DIOH, service level, and inventory management expectations. Performs replenishment activities in a back-up capacity. Monitor and review KPI performance vs. goals (min weekly); provide buyer direction and take corrective action to ensure performance targets are met, maximizing performance. Serves as a subject matter expert on AWR, PRISM, and ASYS to drive max efficiency Serves as a category subject matter expert Trains staff on replenishment processes, procedures and tools including PRISM, AWR, and Replenishment Best Practices Conducts meetings to review issues and determine resolution strategies, resolves issues by taking appropriate actions or escalating as needed. Conducts quarterly reviews with each direct report to discuss performance and developmental needs. Serves as subject matter expert for assigned product categories.
