Housekeeper/Cleaner # 00822 - (Portland, OR)

SUMMARY The Housekeeper’s principal role is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Cleaning office/clubroom/models; 2. Clean vacant apartments: Sweep, mop, wax and vacuum floors; Clean ovens and stove tops; Dust all shelves; Clean bathrooms and kitchens; Clean fireplace screens and hearths; Clean windows; Clean window blinds; Accomplish any additional needed cleaning; 3. Clean exterior areas as needed; 4. Clean elevator (if there is one); 5. Clean laundry rooms, mailbox areas; 6. Police the grounds; 7. Ensure that “tour routes” look exemplary at all times; 8. Be aware of our goals relative to resident satisfaction and resident retention and ensure that you do your part towards meeting them; 9. Be aware and adhere to all policies of Coast Property Management; 10. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager.
