Sales Training Coordinator - (Tucson, AZ)

The Sales Training Coordinator will leverage project management and administration skills to drive internal learning for the field and inside sales teams. This role will execute and improve processes and projects that grow the professional development of sales staff. They will also anticipate needs and make recommendations to prioritize, drive, and launch targeted learning solutions. The impact youll have: * Coordinate and support logistics of training events including biannual Sales Meetings, new hire home office visits, and regional trainings. * Fully responsible for the scheduling, ordering, and tracking of all training courses organized for the Field Sales in Learning Management System (LMS). * Coordinate content development deadlines, making sure content is created, reviewed, and uploaded on schedule. * Maintain updated resources in Salesforce, LMS, and mobile learning platform.
