Chief Advancement Officer - (Canandaigua, NY)

The Chief Advancement Officer is responsible for the planning and implementation of a comprehensive institutional advancement strategy designed to enhance the image of the College in the community, foster college-community partnerships and ensure a strong base of ongoing financial support for the College. Assignments include community relation building, Public Relations, Advancement, Governmental Affairs oversight, fundraising and Grants development. In conjunction with the President, this position acts as a College representative and an ambassador to the community, promoting a positive college image, productive relationships and strong partnerships. This position serves as the chief spokesperson for the College. As a member of the President's Cabinet, the Chief Advancement Officer participates in strategic planning, policy formulation, and issue solving, and offers advice and counsel on the implications of institutional decisions.
