Recruiter/Trainer - Advertising Sales - (New Berlin, WI)

Sales Recruiter/Trainer LPI has a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY for a Sales Recruiter/Trainer. This position will source and recruit high performing Advertising Sales Executives AND provide the 1st week in-house training and on-boarding for the new employee. Recruiting Position assignments include (80%): * Sourcing Applicants: formulating strategies via Boolean search strings, resume database searches, direct LinkedIn searches, and other creative applicant sourcing methods to identify top IT and Sales talent in the marketplace. * Recruiting: working with hiring managers to identify qualifications, posting positions on applicable web sites and managing postings through ATS, conducting applicant screens, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, managing the background investigation process, working with hiring managers to develop applicant offers and communicating with new hires about their 1st day of work.
