HR Advisor Supervisor - (Tampa, FL)

The Supervisor will supervise the daily activities of regional HR Advisors in the HR Capability Center. The HR Advisor will consult with employees and managers to deliver effective HR solutions using discretion and sound judgement to determine the best method of resolution. Key Business Partners: People Services peers within local or regional capability centers, Human Resources Business Partners, Service Line Leads * Coordinate and provide direction to HR Advisors in the Capability Center, and serve as the 1st point of escalation for the team in all activities. * Maintain unified partnership with service center partners in alternate BMS capability centers, ensuring People Services is offering global solutions unless local variation is required * Drive high-touch customer service practices and maintain continuous contact with the Capability Centers Human Resources and Business customers to understand the voice of the customer.
