The Director of HR is a strategic business partner for multiple business teams at QG with a focus on our Quad/Packaging team. The Director operates as a business partner, consultant and coach to the business President and leadership team The Director ensures that HR frameworks are embedded in the business strategy; compensation programs, performance management process, succession planning and the creation and development of HR policies and procedures. The Director leads a team of 3 HR Business Partners to effectively provide support to the field organization both domestically and in our Dominican Republic operation.
