Supervisor, Talent Acquisition - (Amherst, OH)

Essential Position qualifications and Responsibilities * Oversee recruiting activity for 3 business segments including exempt and non-exempt positions. This will be inclusive of production, temporaries, interns, management, technical, etc. * Source candidates for hard-to-fill positions and work with management to clarify recruitment needs and promote effective interviewing processes. * Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters; retained and contingent, job boards, job fairs, campus recruiting efforts, and various internet job search web sites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates. * Research, manage and optimize subscriptions to various online sourcing tools. * Prepare regular reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. to and provides recommendations to Human Resources staff and/or senior management, as appropriate.
