Tele Work: Available for current Aetna employees who are currently working at home full time. POSITION DETAILS Resource serves as a centralized expert within accounts receivable. This resource would be a primary point of contact to be used for qualifications, documentation, process flows, new client implementations, database creation and support, as well as identify efficiency and strategic opportunities while collaborating with other business teams. Fundamental Components: Performs analysis and translates business needs to create high quality Business Qualifications and Functional Specifications documentation within specified time frames to solve complex problems (multiple interfaces with other systems within a business unit) considering all impacted components from an end-to-end perspective. Competent to work with minimal supervision in a technical capacity on most phases of the system analysis. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Analysts and system users.
