Web Service Developer Key Role: Design, develop, implement, and maintain secure Web service design and C# implementation using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP, REST, encryption, and x509 certificate APIs. Work with external development groups to build host service APIs for data pulls, patient scheduling, and survey ordering within the system application. Create System Interface Agreements with external groups for review by the project manager.
