Immigration Attorney with 1-2 years of U-visa experience - (Austin, TX)

Austin office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 1-2yrs of background, handling primarily Removal/Deportation Defense (including Cancellation of Removal and Asylum) and Bond Hearings before the Immigration Court. The applicant should have background working with both detained and non-detained clients. Any additional background with family-based immigration (I-130s, adjustment of status, consular processing, I-601A waivers), VAWA, and U-visa cases is highly favorable. SIJS and background representing unaccompanied minors is highly preferred. Must have license to practice law in any state in the US with a strong preference for an attorney licensed in Texas. Must be multi-lingual in English and Spanish.
