The applicant will work with LLCs, partnerships, S corps and C corps on tax structuring, federal, state and local planning. Will provide tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, workouts, reorganizations, international tax planning and real estate transactions. This Maryland based firm was established nearly 3 decades ago.
