Job details MISSION: Supervise hourly employees in the safe manufacture of company products, satisfying all quality and productivity requirements in the most cost effective manner. This position reports to either a Production Manager II or Area Manager. Incumbent(s) may be required to work with hazardous waste. Position title: Production Supervisor Location: San Leandro, CA General Purpose Aligned with the Area Manager and organizational business objectives, this role is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely production of company products which represents a broad diversity of manufacturing processes. Responsible for satisfying all quality and productivity requirements, including reports, in a most cost effective, accurate and timely manner. Supervises multiple functions and/or shifts not exclusively through shift/department leads; responsible for assisting in the management of departmental and business objectives.
